Beautiful Lake Sunapee Wildlife Photographs & Artwork

The Lake Sunapee Region is known for its exceptional variety of wildlife. Area residents are used to seeing bears, deer, moose, coyotes, turkeys, and foxes in back yards and along roads.

Our own backyard at the foot of Mount Sunapee  is a crossroads of New Hampshire wildlife. The bears and coyotes come down from the mountain, and they seem to be directed towards our property by the road on one side and the brook on the other. We named our favorite visitor Baby Bear, who seems to be posing for the camera.

Always respect the wildlife. Keep your distance when viewing and drive carefully along wooded roads, especially at night.
